If you track stock in a spreadsheet
One number.
Always right.
One stock number for everything you sell, with every change recorded and explained. Bring in the spreadsheet you already keep and stop guessing what you actually have.
About ten minutes to set up. No card, no sales call.
Not yet connected: automatic sync with Shopee is waiting on approval from their partner platform. The deduction engine is built and tested — it starts working the day that clears. Everything below works now.

Oversold shows as a negative number, in red. StockTrax never rounds it up to zero to make the screen look calmer.
If you track stock by hand, you already know this
You sold what you didn't have
The spreadsheet said 4. Shopee had already sold 5. The refund is the cheap part — the cancellation drags down your seller rating, and your rating is what was driving the sales.
You edit the same number twice
Stock changes, so you open the seller centre, then the spreadsheet, then the seller centre again. Within hours the numbers have drifted apart anyway.
You find out you're out when a buyer tells you
Nothing warns you that a fast mover is nearly gone. You notice when there is nothing left to pack.
So you under-list. You have 12 and you list 8, because a cancellation costs more than a missed sale.
Those four are not lost to a competitor. They are lost to not trusting your own number. StockTrax exists so you can list all 12.
Three steps, and about ten minutes
- 1
Import your spreadsheet
Bring in the list you already keep. You see exactly what changes before anything is saved, and importing the same file twice never doubles your stock.
- 2
Set your warning levels
Tell StockTrax how low each product can go before it should flag it. That is the only real setup step.
- 3
Stop guessing
Everything sorted worst-first, every count backed by its own history. Change a number and the reason is recorded beside it.
What works today
There is one version of StockTrax. No tier withholds the part that stops you overselling.
- One stock number per product, with its full history behind it
- Import and export your whole catalogue as a spreadsheet
- Adjustments that record why the number changed, not just that it did
- Low stock, out of stock and oversold — sorted worst first
- Oversold shown as a negative, never rounded up to zero
- Works on the phone you pack orders with
Waiting on Shopee
Connecting a shop needs approval from Shopee’s partner platform, which is not ours to hurry. The engine behind these is already built and tested — they switch on the day approval lands.
- Automatic deduction the moment an order comes in
- Cancelled and returned orders putting the stock back
- The corrected count pushed to your listings, so they stop overselling
- Low-stock warnings by email before a buyer finds out
What it costs
₱1,499.00
per shop, per month — after a 14-day free trial
One flat price. Never a percentage of your sales, and never a fee per order — the two models that punish you for growing.
Cancel whenever you like, and take your catalogue with you: the export hands back every product as a spreadsheet.
No card to create an account.
